* Starting salary of £40,000 to £42,000 (full-time, 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri)

What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a Senior ER Specialist who brings:
* Good expertise in employee relations, including handling complex and sensitive cases, coaching managers, and ideally previous involvement in TUPEs
* A solid understanding of employment law and the confidence to provide pragmatic, fair solutions
* The ability to challenge and influence stakeholders with empathy and confidence
* Good coaching skills to support and develop managers
* A proactive mindset, with the curiosity to spot trends and propose improvements
* Resilience, compassion, and a natural talent for building trusted relationships with the team and stakeholders
