THE ROLE:
This is a manager + player role, requiring strong operation capability to lead a team whilst driving personal income. This varied role includes:
Managing high-volume temporary and permanent recruitment
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels
Screening and interviewing candidates
Conducting comprehensive candidate assessments, including reference checks
Coordinate interviews, manage feedback and negotiate offers.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong knowledge and experience in hospitality recruitment
Extensive recruitment experience
SALARY & BENEFITS:
£40,000 - £55,000 basic, dependent on experience
