We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world and are seeking a talented Key Customer Manager to work for our partner Heineken UK within their Beyond Team to drive brand awareness and sales of their exciting new products.
What we’re looking for?
Are you someone with a passion for brands and a knack for building trust and strong customer relationships? We’re searching for someone who can drive distribution with key flagships in both the On Trade and Off Trade. A charismatic and inspiring individual who can take an agile approach across multiple projects in the Beyond portfolio with a focus on driving results with key customers.
If you have...
* A passion for people, customers and brands – incubating brands in key geographies with key customers taking ownership of the relationships. Understanding our customer key objectives and how together we can drive strategic partnerships for enhanced category growth with brands grounded in consumer needs.
* Strong project management skills – the role includes managing multiple customers across both On and Off Trade with varying timelines and a large network of stakeholders both internally and externally.
* A creative mindset – not afraid to share creative ideas, thought Leadership and to be comfortable challenging others on theirs.
* Comfortable being uncomfortable – the role involves working on projects that have never been attempted before by Heineken UK, often confidentially and without fear of failure.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills – the role requires management of stakeholders at all levels.

* Passion for taking ownership of key geographies (London centric) .
* Desire to enhance existing relationships with customers using data and promotional insights to further enhance results.
