THE POSITION Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards. Provide outstanding customer service. Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays for a well-organized store. Handle electronic transactions with accuracy and accountability. Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. Collaborate with management to enhance product offerings and promotions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace health and safety regulations. THE PERSON Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar supervisory role. Strong leadership Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle operational challenges. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
