Job summary We are seeking an experienced GP Practice Receptionist/Administrator to join Langley Medical Practice. The role includes meeting and greeting patients at reception, making appointments, dealing with telephone queries, liaising with the community team and pharmacies, processing repeat prescriptions and electronic filing. The post is for Wednesday-Friday 22.5 hours per week providing reception and administrative support. The successful candidate must be organised, able to multi task and work under pressure, excellent attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal). A background using EMIS Web is desirable, and excellent IT skills.
