Area Sales Manager - Northern Ireland
As part of our recipe for growth and opening of our new Belfast facility, we are looking for a Area Sales Manager - NI to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader looking for a rewarding career experience within an industry renowned, global organisation.
We are looking for energetic candidates who are comfortable with developing and leading collaborative teams to drive performance in line with our Purpose and Vision. This role will play a key part in the overall growth of the organisation along with helping to maintain our core ethos here are Sysco - keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Key Accountabilities:
Overview:
Responsible for consistent delivery of sales, profit and volume targets for your assigned area
Responsible for role modelling and building effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders both internally and externally.
Advocate and drive consistent use of all available system tools.
Maintain and strategically grow the customer base and market share in your assigned area making us the partner of choice for solutions and range
Be responsive and flexible to your customers' needs.
Develop and implement sales plans for your area in line with our Recipe for Growth strategy
Delivery off and increasing current and new customer's use of the Sysco Online ordering platform.
Requirements:
An in-depth knowledge of the hospitality, food & catering market
Strong credit control skills
Desired 3 -5 years field sales experience within the foodservice sales market
High level of flexibility
Be a team player with the ability to work on own initiative
Have a proactive approach to customer needs
Strong analytical skills and computer literacy
Use of Salesforce CRM desirable
Full clean B Driving License
