Specification Sales Manager – Lighting Industry
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for lighting and a background in specification sales? We are looking for an experienced Specification Sales Manager to cover key territories across South East:
NN/PE/MK/LU/SG/CB/CM/CO/UP/NR and HP/RG/GU/PO/RH/BN/TN/ME/CT.
If you have a proven track record of selling into the specification market and enjoy working with architects, MEP consultants, and designers, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow sales within the specified regions through specification.
* Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, and specifiers.
* Drive new business and nurture existing accounts from initial contact to project completion.
* Actively engage in product presentations, CPDs, and tenders to ensure successful specifications.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years in lighting sales, with experience selling through specification.
* A deep understanding of the lighting industry, products, and the competitive landscape.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive, results-driven, and organized in managing multiple projects.
