We are currently seeking a self-motivated and proactive individual excited by the challenge of a role within our Planning and Development Management Team Working in a multi-skilled team focused on delivering core services, this is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of the council, providing excellent customer service to a whole range of stakeholders. The primary function of the post holder will be to assist in the delivery of an accurate, professional and timely business support service to our Planning and Building Control customers. This will include providing an efficient first point of contact service for planning & building control applications, utilising many access channels such as online forms, emails and telephone calls, and undertaking back-office administrative processes. You will need to have some experience of working in a customer focused administrative support role and the demonstrable ability to meet service performance targets. You will also need to be able to adapt to a constantly changing environment, which can be influenced by Political as well as legislative changes.
