You have every chance to drive impact here at Moonpig, and most importantly, we genuinely want you What You’ll Be Doing Join our dynamic team as a Change Operations Manager at our state-of-the-art printing and fulfilment centre in Tamworth. As a key leader in this hands-on role, you’ll delve into the complexities of operations at the production level and develop process improvements to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Your primary focus will be on optimising the current production process, fostering a team approach to drive productivity and process efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of safety and quality in our printing and fulfilment processes. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace, whilst Implementing and promoting a culture of safety awareness among all team members. Continuously assess and enhance operational processes to boost productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality. Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives to senior management. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance. Design and deliver effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about change initiatives, objectives, and progress. Develop and implement training programmes to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge required to adapt to changes. Conduct change impact analyses to evaluate the effects of changes on the organisation, processes, and employees. Oversee the execution of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timelines. Develop and coordinate support systems to assist employees in adapting to changes, including coaching and feedback mechanisms Promote a culture of continuous improvement by integrating lessons learned and best practices into future change initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports on change progress, challenges, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure that change initiatives align with and support the organisation's culture, values, and strategic objectives. Develop and manage mechanisms to gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to improve the change process. About you: 3-5 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related field using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Change Management Practitioner, or equivalent. Preferably have a change management certification (e.g. PMP, Prince2 or equivalent) Proven track record of leading and managing change initiatives successfully. Experience in a relevant industry or sector is a plus. Strong leadership and team management skills. Demonstrated experience managing large teams across multiple shifts. Proficiency in using order management systems and relevant software. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Print experience and knowledge is beneficial.
