Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise students during lessons in the absence of their regular teacher
* Ensure students remain on task and engaged with the provided work
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
* Support students with their work and provide assistance where needed
* Report back on student progress and behaviour to the relevant teaching staff
* Assist with the smooth running of day-to-day school activities
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with young people (preferably in an educational setting)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to engage and motivate students
* Adaptable, flexible, and proactive approach
* A desire to support the educational development of students
* A relevant qualification (e.g., degree or teaching assistant qualification) is desirable but not essential
