Our client is looking for a POD Clerk to join their dedicated operations team. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual.
As a POD Clerk (Proof of Delivery Clerk), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate processing and documentation of deliveries. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will help maintain their high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing POD paperwork
2. Accurate processing of POD in system
3. Dealing with client queries and requests for information
4. Drive continuous improvement
5. Create KPI reports for all aspects of customer services relating to each individual customer
6. Identify key trends and opportunities to improve all service levels in line with Contract SLA’s
7. Contract reporting and escalation to senior management to promote service excellence.
8. Perform general administrative duties as required.
Experience:
1. Customer Service background.
2. Administration background
3. Experience of Logistics or Supply Chain (desirable)
4. Relevant operations experience (desirable)
Knowledge & Skills:
1. Microsoft work packages, word, excel, Outlook etc
2. Analytical experience
3. Good understanding of supply chain operations
4. Good planning and organisational skills
5. High attention to detail
6. Excellent presentation skills
Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
1. Ability to establish productive customer relationships
2. Excellent written and communication skills.
3. Able to communicate at all levels
