Business Development Director

The Role:
To proactively sell and build long term relationships with local, regional, national and international clients, delivering revenue into the Entertaining and Hospitality division across the estate. With a focus on Meetings and Events the opportunities are endless from celebrations and weddings to corporate events and private retreats, Goodwood can deliver the very best hospitality has to offer.
The Business Development Director will generate revenue across all segments including, Groups, Corporate, Leisure, MICE, and Private HNWI’s ensuring current accounts are developed and new business is generated.
This is a unique opportunity, and we are looking for a proactive leader who can demonstrate initiative and deliver revenue whilst upholding our impeccable reputation. A deep understanding of Entertainment and Hospitality is essential, and candidates should be able to demonstrate how they have impacted revenue growth through both account management and new business development in either the Hotel or Hospitality sector.
The Estate is located in West Sussex and although we are offering a hybrid working pattern, we would expect the successful candidate to be onsite at least two days per week with the remainder of the week spent attending meetings with clients and networking.
