Job Summary
We are looking for someone who can be flexible and willing to get involved in all aspects of administration in the office, can prioritise workload and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
Hours - 22.5 to 30 hours per week over 3 or 4 days.
Three day working pattern - (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday)
Four day working pattern - (Monday - Thursday)
Working pattern to be agreed, hybrid working opportunity.
Interviews to be potentially held on 11th and 13th March 2025.
Main duties of the job
The main focus of this role is to provide valuable support for the Clinical Services team. This role is fast paced and is an exciting opportunity for someone to continue building, supporting and improving the existing systems and services in place.

Heartbeat Primary Care Community Interest Company is the GP Federation for the three Primary Care Networks (PCNs) of Hambleton (North & South) and Richmondshire. Our shareholders are the GP Practices in these localities. Heartbeat's mission is to improve health and care by supporting the communities we serve with innovative quality services. As well as providing support and opportunities for at-scale working to our member practices and PCNs, we are a healthcare provider delivering a range of General Practice services from multiple locations across the area, including for patients of our own list at Harewood Medical Practice. We deliver various clinical services during the week, on evenings and weekends to patients in various hub locations across Hambleton, Richmondshire and Scarborough.

Job Description
Job responsibilities
1. Completion and submission of monthly performance returns
2. Support compliance, collating information to fulfill CQC requirements
3. Assist onboarding of new workers
4. General rota management, which involves building rotas for the clinical services and overseeing staffing requirements
5. Monitor pre-determined staffing budgets
6. Setup and maintain spreadsheets
7. Organise meetings
8. Minute taking
9. Communicating and building relationships with colleagues, NHS professionals and professional bodies
10. Assist in carrying out hub audits (at GP practices) occasionally, across Hambleton and Richmondshire PCN
11. General office administration
12. Providing ad hoc support to various departments in the office
13. Develop and produce clinical services newsletter
14. Collating staff and patient feedback via Microsoft Forms, and present at meetings.
