Responsibilities:
* One Regular Weekend Day 9-6pm (Other hours also available)
* Handling all customer enquiries
* Greeting visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediately
* Answering questions about products or services offered at the business
* Putting through sales and/or assisting clients making orders
* Upselling of business activities
* Using the Public Address (P.A.) loudspeaker system as needed to call for people and make announcements
* Signing in visitors and guests
* Keeping basic office supplies, POS and marketing materials up to date and fully stocked
Qualifications:
* Reception or Front of House Experience Minimum 2 years
* Excellent organisational skills
* Exceptional multitasker
* Excellent communication skills
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Can perform under pressure
* Loves taking and directing calls
* Experience with computerised till and booking systems
* Excellent telephone manner
* Attention to detail
* Happy, friendly bubbly character who thrives with customer interaction

* 18+ years of age
