Job Title: Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our QHSE Team in Muir of Ord as a full-time permanent Administrator.
This role requires administrative support to the QHSE Team within a fast-paced environment, ensuring best practice is followed throughout all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative assistance to the QHSE Team.
* Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
* Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions.
* Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support the team's objectives.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administration, preferably in a QHSE or similar environment.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Salary:
£28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
