Job Title: Locum Dietitian Banding: Band 5 Location: Hemel Hempstead Working Hours: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Duration: To be confirmed Rate: Subject to experience Opening Paragraph: We are seeking a Band 5 Locum Dietitian to join our team at Lister Hospital in Hemel Hempstead. This is an excellent opportunity for a dietitian looking to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, providing care to a diverse patient population. The role is full-time and involves a range of responsibilities within the inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities : In this role, you will be responsible for covering inpatient wards, managing patients requiring oral and enteral feeding, and facilitating the discharge of nutrition support and enterally fed patients. You will also conduct routine outpatient clinics and provide dietetic advice as part of the multidisciplinary team. Your role will involve maintaining accurate patient records and contributing to the development of nutritional care plans. Knowledge of System One and Nerve Centre is desirable for this position. Qualifications and Experience : HCPC registered Dietitian Experience in a hospital setting Knowledge of oral and enteral feeding Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Familiarity with System One and Nerve Centre is a plus.
