Key Responsibilities - Maintenance Operations: Oversee daily repairs, services, and breakdown resolution. - Troubleshooting: Quickly address equipment issues to minimize downtime. - Team Development: Mentor technicians and support apprentices. - Continuous Improvement: Implement preventive strategies and drive efficiency. - Collaboration: Align priorities with Production Teams and liaise with other departments. - Health & Safety: Ensure compliance and address concerns. - Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and step in for the Maintenance Manager as needed. What are we looking for - Proven expertise in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment. - 5 years of experience in people management, with a track record of team development and leadership. - Hands-on experience with both mechanical and electrical systems. - Knowledge of PLC Controls and Motor Drives (a plus but not required). - Flexibility to work across multiple machines and production areas requiring different disciplines. - Strong technical skills : Proficiency in CMMS software and Office Applications. - Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to produce and present project justifications. - A "lead by example" mindset, promoting teamwork, accountability, and high standards within the Maintenance Team.
