Role Summary:
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the rest of the team.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively managing their needs and addressing any concerns.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
3. Identify opportunities for up selling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
5. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of services to clients.
6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
7. Regularly assess client satisfaction and make necessary improvements.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a client-facing position.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
6. Valid driving licence.
