Role Overview
The Organic Search Executive will support our Organic Leads in their mission to drive client success by executing a variety of organic tasks. In this role, you will focus on implementing and combining traditional SEO practices with tactics to optimise for LLMs to compete in this evolving organic landscape. You will be a key pillar for the Organic Lead to help them drive measurable growth in organic traffic and support their long-term success. You will collaborate closely with our centralised Content Team to ensure seamless execution of SEO best practices.

Responsibilities
* Keyword Research: Conduct thorough research to identify relevant keywords, uncover opportunities, and inform on-page optimisation strategies.
* Performance Analysis: Analyse key organic metrics such as organic traffic, ranking positions, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of on-page strategies.
* Cannibalisation Audits: Identify keyword cannibalisation issues and provide actionable insights to improve rankings and eliminate internal competition.
* Taxonomy Mapping: Structure website content and taxonomies to support a logical, user-friendly experience optimised for search engines.
* Internal Linking Opportunities: Develop and execute internal linking strategies to improve website navigation, user engagement, and rankings.
* Meta Tag Optimisation: Optimise title tags, meta descriptions, and other on-page elements to enhance click-through rates and search visibility.
* On-Page SEO Audits: Conduct regular on-page SEO audits and provide recommendations for improvement based on current best practices.
* Competitor Analysis: Monitor and evaluate competitor strategies to identify potential gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Communication & Collaboration
* Foster open communication and teamwork across departments.
* Engage in regular check-ins and updates with the centralised Content Team to ensure alignment on organic channels and content goals.
* Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and clarity on project deliverables.
KPIs
* Project Success & Timeliness: Completion of on-page SEO tasks within agreed timelines and budgets.
* SEO Performance: Improvement in organic traffic, rankings, and on-page conversion metrics.
* Client Satisfaction: High levels of client satisfaction based on feedback and tangible SEO results.
* Collaboration & Communication: Quality of communication within teams, and positive feedback from content collaborators.
Requirements
* Proven experience in on-page SEO with a focus on keyword research, meta optimisation, and performance analysis.
* Good Technical SEO knowledge, and experience of completing audits.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
