Role Description
This is a full-time Project Director role located on-site in Skelmersdale, Lancashire reporting to the Managing Director.
As part of the senior management team the Project Director will have a major influence in the strategic direction of the business and its growth opportunities.
The Project Director will be responsible for leading and managing all the business project activities, directing the project and engineering teams, ensuring key project timelines and budgets are met, and delivering high-quality design & engineering project solutions.

Qualifications
* Project Management, Senior Team Leadership, and Strategic Planning skills
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
* Experience in CAPEX engineering project delivery
* Budgeting and Resource Management skills
* Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently
* Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
* Ideally MBA
