Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. This remote role is open worldwide, offering flexibility and an opportunity to grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Managing Director's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle email correspondence, draft documents, and prepare reports.
Coordinate with team members and external contacts to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Assist with day-to-day tasks, ensuring the Managing Director is well-organized and efficient.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Support radio station operations as needed, particularly during events or special projects.
Requirements:
No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Knowledge of radio stations or the broadcasting industry is desirable but not essential.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must have no criminal convictions (motoring offences excepted).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely.
