Customer Service Representative

We are currently recruiting a number of full and part-time customer service representatives, with a view to starting work in January 2024.
The centre will be open Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm, and from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
Full-time roles will work 37.5 hrs per week, including weekends - on a rota basis. However, we are keen to discuss part-time opportunities for anyone who feels that a full-time role would not be suitable.
Duties:
1. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve queries
2. Data entry and accurately update customer information in the system
3. Discuss customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer interactions
6. Work closely with employees in different departments
Skills:
1. Experience in a customer service role would be beneficial, but not essential
2. Good understanding of data protection and need for confidentiality when dealing with customer details
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
4. IT literate
5. Friendly and confident
