The Client;
My client are a leading technical consultancy, who cover the entire UK for leading projects. This project is support internal users, on tickets varying from password resets, to workspace set ups. The client are a leading name and look to keep professionals on for a long period of time, post the initial contact length.
The position;
The role is a first line support vacancy, which operates within a service desk setting. The technical stack you'll be supporting is; Windows OS (10/11), mobile devices, Windows technologies like SCCM, Active Directory, all within an ITIL environment.
Key points;
* Requires 5 days on site a week
* Must live within commutable distance right now to Cowdenbeath
* Must be able to start within the next week or two
