MANAGEMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS COACH
If you are a seasoned manager with a sound track record in the management and motivation of people and projects, had you thought about putting the management experience you have gained over the years to good use and becoming a Management Skills Coach?
A Management Skills Coach is the first step on the ladder to becoming a fully fledged, professional management tutor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work for a well-established, highly respected training provider who will train and mentor you to become a Management Skills Coach.
* Study for professional training qualifications and learn about the science behind training and the skills needed to help your cohort of learners achieve their qualifications.
* Be allocated your own mentor who will guide and support you through the world of apprenticeships and Ofsted regulations.
* Work from home to support your cohort of learners via Teams, telephone, and email.
* Deliver Institute of Leadership and Management levels 3 and 5.
* This is a full-time permanent role with all interaction with learners within usual office hours, excluding weekends or evenings.
What You Need:
* A sound track record managing people and the ability to translate management theory into real-life applications.
* A management or business qualification to level 5 or above such as: ILM, CMI, HND, degree, etc.
* A dedicated workspace at home and self-discipline to work independently.
* Clear and concise communication skills to effectively convey messages to learners.
* Experience managing projects or formal project management qualifications are highly desirable.
