Account Manager - \n\nYour Patch is : Cardiff, Swansea, South Wales\n\nHome Based - you can grow your area in your home location.\n\nWe are working with one of the UK's fastest-growing companies in the vehicle warranty sector who wish to continue to grow their coverage. Therefore, we are seeking new Account Managers to cover an area of the UK.\n\nThis is an amazing opportunity to seize an Autonomous role - where you can be your own boss, with a fantastic Salary, Package, Laptop, Phone & even a New Fully Electric Company Car! which will cost you hardly any company car tax.\n\nAs an Account Manager, your role will be two-fold, providing great customer service to and driving business with their existing motor dealer accounts and actively canvassing and acquiring new business from target dealer accounts in your designated territory as well.\n\nTraining is provided over your career, including the first week will be at HQ, and then 1:1 for a few days to settle you in, then ongoing training and regular sales meetings.\n\nThe Role…\n\nResearching and maintaining a first-class knowledge of your territory and the opportunities within it.\nDeveloping and coaching the performance of new and existing dealers by driving bespoke training solutions to support their warranty sales.\nActively find new ways to win business from target accounts with the use of our consultative sales process.\nDealing with all client queries and liaising with management as required.\nNegotiate, and overcome any objections in order to win business from target dealer accounts.\nEnsure you plan ahead in order to deliver the growth required to support your monthly new business KPI's.\nRegularly review to pinpoint any areas which may require additional focus in your territory.\nPlan your own diary to maximise your effectiveness in the role.Experience Required\n\nSales experience and/or field-based environment is ideal (not Essential) some of their best Account Managers came from large retail backgrounds - John Lewis/Next etc, or Business Managers/Sales Managers from the motor trade.\nSelf-confidence and good relationship-building skills.\nComfortable with cold-calling and able to think on your feet.\nA good eye for the details.\nThe ability to adapt to change as we constantly improve our business.\nTo be a highly SELF-motivated individual, hungry to succeed and be the best.\nGreat communication and presentation skills.\nAble to persuade and influence potential sales over the line.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nComfortable proposing ideas and proposals to management.In return….\n\nA friendly and people focussed culture with big ambitions for the future.\nTraining via HQ and regional managers\nA fast-growing organisation that is constantly focussed on meeting our challenges.\nA drive for continuous improvement, which you will be empowered to get behind from day one.\nManagers who are accessible and listen to their team's ideas and suggestions.The Salary & Package\n\n£50,000+ potential earnings per annum with uncapped commission.(Top Account manager is earning £68,000)\n25 days annual leave + bank holidays\nCompany Pension\nStaff recognition incentive schemes\nEmployee wellbeing scheme\nCompany vehicle - New VW ID3 -Electric £10 per month Tax Currently!\nLaptop and mobile phone\nFull ongoing training\nCompany events\nGreat culture & work environmentBasic Salary: £30,000 Per Annum circa £50k OTE\n\nWork Schedule: Monday to Friday - No Weekends!\n\nExperience:\n\nSales & Management: 1 year (preferred)\n\nDriving Licence (required)\n\nWork Location: working from home & client visits
