We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Operational Control Room Operative to join our dynamic Sheffield team at our Olive Grove Depot (S23GE). This role will be based on site.

This is a day shift of 12 hours between 6am - 6pm
In this role, you will support the Sheffield account by managing control room operations efficiently. As the Permanent Operational Control Room Operative, you will ensure emergencies are handled swiftly, communications are documented properly, and KPI standards are met. By resolving IT issues and customer queries promptly, you will uphold our excellent customer service reputation. Your daily reports will keep partners and clients informed, contributing to the success of the Sheffield account.
What You'll Do:
Work designated shifts (days) and cover sickness and holidays at short notice
Record and allocate emergency incidents accurately
Ensure all calls are documented correctly and escalations follow agreed channels
Maintain KPI standards for timescales and quality
Communicate with contact centre agents to resolve issues
Complete daily reports for partners and clients
Address IT issues following the agreed process
Provide timely resolutions to customer queries and complaints
Process calls, emails, letters, web, and social media requests through Amey's software
Ensure excellent customer service including reception duties and service delivery
Handle general administrative tasks and maintain attention to detail
Escalate customer queries/issues/complaints as needed
Record and report non-compliance issues promptly
