Job Title: Sales Negotiator Location: Solihull Basic Salary: up to £25,000 (depending on experinence) On Target Earnings: £40,000A mutli-branch, highly successfull estate agency is looking for a Sales Negotitator to join their Estate Agent team in Solihull You will need to be happy to work to targets as well as ascertain and seek to understand clients’ requirements in order to maximise each viewing and ensure any queries are professionally handled. Using your excellent knowledge and experience of new home sales you will be ambitious and driven to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing new business through developing relationships with landlords, and other relevant stakeholders Calling and meeting with property owners Negotiating offers between parties Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at all times Responding to telephone, website leads & using internal software Conducting viewings with prospective buyers Skills and experience A team player with a natural desire and ability to provide excellent customer service.
