Responsibilities: You will be commercially savvy and have a skill for managing lots of internal and external requests. We’re looking for someone who can build fantastic relationships with our customer contacts and with our internal teams, cross functionally leading them to win with one of our biggest customers. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment where you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and own your customer. Relentlessly pioneer the future and pursue ambitious growth opportunities in our key customer. Define a customer strategy and convert it into a plan that helps you win. Bang the drum and rally the troops behind your customer and your plans. Proactively share updates and inspire the wider LSB business on your customer’s strategy, performance, risks and opportunities. Agree and execute yearly sales / in-store plans (JBPs) with customers to deliver sales, profit and return on investment. Be resourceful and employ innovative solutions to deliver value, gross margin and distribution targets for your customers. Manage trade terms, agreements, price increases where necessary and promotional plans. Develop sustainable commercial solutions, chase after opportunities and close gaps when off track. Over deliver on all account management basics. This includes accurate and timely financial and demand forecasting, performance tracking and reporting and being all over your NAM-admin. Experience you’ll bring: You have solid account management experience in FMCG sales, leading a top 4 grocer. You’ll be at home being a trailblazer – trying things others haven’t tried before and quickly analysing whether they’ve worked and if not understanding why. You love devising the right plans for your customer and brands and are confident in creating and implementing the right solutions yourself. You’ll want to change the world for the better…and have the unwavering belief that you can. You won’t be afraid to knock on the big door and chase down stretching growth targets. You’ll be great at building relationships and establishing great ways of working with your customers. You’re resilient and confident, with great influencing and negotiating skills. You’re naturally organised and good at keeping on top of the administrative side of the role. You’ll inspire your customers with amazing storytelling abilities – and mining and using data to drive the growth of our brands. Your communication skills mean you’ll be at home living and breathing our brands in front of an audience.
