About GT Fleet:
Based in Leicester, GT Fleet manages all vehicle-related activities, including long- and short-term rentals, electronic driver licence checking, driver risk profiling, motor insurance administration, and carbon emissions reduction initiatives.
We’re seeking a Fleet Operations Administrator to join our Deliveries team, ensuring seamless supply and management of short-term rental vehicles. This role is pivotal in maintaining high-quality service delivery and strong relationships with our third-party suppliers.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Fleet Utilisation: Allocate spare vehicles to reduce long-term rentals and meet business needs.
* Rental Processing: Use systems like Epyx 1Link Hire Network to manage rental bookings, supplier invoices, and rental extensions.
* Supplier Management: Collaborate with third-party suppliers to deliver efficient, cost-effective services.
* System Updates: Maintain accurate vehicle records using Key2 rental system, update the Motor Insurance Database, and ensure accident management records are current.
* Customer Support: Address queries through the Fleet Help Desk via the ServiceNow portal.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and service quality.
Who We're Looking For:
* Strong customer relationship skills and a passion for excellent service.
* Proficiency with computer systems, including fleet management tools like Key2.
* Previous experience in fleet management or vehicle rental.
* Knowledge of customer service case management systems.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with Epyx 1Link Hire Network.
