The Cathedral is looking to recruit a full time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join a vibrant team of staff and volunteers. The role will be based in the Cathedral's award winning Refectory and will suit someone looking to take the next step in their hospitality career with previous experience supervising the work of others. You will have previous experience of the food and beverage sector and have confidence in contributing to Cathedral sales and cost control, and have or be willing to be trained to Food Hygiene Level 3. You will also need to be able to work flexibly on a rota basis including on evenings and weekends. Please note will be considering applications on a rolling basis.
