Strategic and Generalist Role
This is a true generalist role in an international law firm headquartered in the US. Based in London, the firm’s biggest hub outside the States with 350 staff, it covers HR across multiple EMEA jurisdictions. You’ll oversee everything from implementing global talent strategies and managing direct reports to refining policies, supporting employee relations, and navigating global mobility and immigration. With specialists in the team handling L&D, recruitment, and D&I, you can focus on the bigger picture. Reporting to a hands-on, innovative HR Director who isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves, this is a chance to learn from the best while making a real impact.
