Working for a large housing association, you will be based within the maintenance division providing back office support to the surveyors and trades operatives.
Job Duties
You will be taking calls from tenants and recording their maintenance issues and prioritising them. Then, liaising with the trades operatives' calendars to check their availability and booking/moving appointments on the Maintain system (software – training given).
About You
You will have experience in a similar role, scheduling appointments and diary management, ideally within a construction/engineering-type environment.
