About the Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, working closely with our marketing, finance, and operations teams to deliver an outstanding client experience. In this Role, You'll
1. Develop and execute strategic business development plans
2. Own the full sales cycle
3. Manage and optimise a B2B sales pipeline
4. Lead daily sales huddles
5. Meet with clients
6. Collaborate with the marketing team
7. Oversee the client onboarding process
8. Deliver regular sales reports and insights
9. Follow up on leads strategically
We're Seeking Someone with Experience Including
1. Proven success in B2B sales or business development, ideally in a high-growth environment.
2. Track record of exceeding revenue targets
3. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage and optimise a sales pipeline effectively.
5. Excellent time management, organisation, and strategic planning abilities.
6. Comfortable working autonomously and making data-driven decisions.
Nice to haves
1. Experience in R&D tax claims, recruitment sales, or financial services.
2. Familiarity with consultative selling in a professional services environment.
3. A full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
