Right now, we’re recruiting for a fast-growing premium food brand that’s redefining mealtime with all-natural, high-quality sauces. Stocked in leading retailers, wholesalers, and food service accounts, they’re scaling fast—and they need a Key Account Manager to take things to the next level.
The Role
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team and make a real commercial impact. You’ll be responsible for:
Managing & Growing Accounts – Own relationships with key retail, wholesale & food service partners, driving sales & long-term growth.
Winning New Business – Identify & land new stockists, expanding the brand’s presence across multiple channels.
Driving Sales & Execution – Negotiate JBPs, manage promotions & ensure strong in-market execution.
Strategic Planning – Analyse sales data & market trends to shape future strategy.
Stock & Order Coordination – Work closely with logistics & operations to keep customers stocked up.
Trade Marketing – Support promotions, sales materials & trade events to boost brand visibility.
What We’re Looking For
✅ 1+ years in FMCG sales/account management (retail, wholesale, or foodservice).
✅ Proven track record of managing key accounts & driving revenue growth.
✅ Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills.
✅ Data-driven mindset – you know how to analyse sales, spot trends & optimise performance.
✅ Experience with retailers & distributors (Ocado, Bidfood, Brakes, etc. = a plus!).
✅ Passion for high-quality food & challenger brands.
