Job Summary: The Business Analyst will support our internal digital transformation projects, working with key stakeholders to identify business needs. Taking the lead to facilitate and deliver business process improvements. The successful candidate will be responsible for process mapping, design, and the collation of user requirements to ensure the successful implementation of digital solutions within our Design and Install department. This role is crucial to enhancing our operational efficiency and delivering high-quality services to our clients.
This role will suit a professional that enjoys working in a fast-paced organisation, who can multi-task and adapt quickly to change. A confident communicator with the ability to gather information and reach out to relevant stakeholders to retrieve data. Comfortable working across all levels of the business, including board members, office departments, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct detailed process mapping to understand current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
* Analyse existing business processes and develop optimised processes to support digital transformation initiatives.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document comprehensive process requirements.
* Engage with key stakeholders, including project managers, sales teams, designers, and installation teams, to elicit and document user requirements.
* Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather detailed and accurate requirements.
* Create clear and concise requirement documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
* Work closely with the IT and development teams to design effective digital solutions that meet business needs.
* Ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable benefits.
* Provide input into the development of user interfaces and user experience design to ensure ease of use and adoption.
* Assist with wireframing new systems.
* Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation projects.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation initiatives.
* Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
* Ensure continuous improvement by gathering feedback and implementing changes post-implementation.
Requirements:
* Ideally Degree educated within a related field.
* Minimum four years’ experience within a Business Analyst role.
* Industry experience within design and installation would be highly beneficial.
* Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions.
* Resourcefulness and ability to devise creative solutions to problems.
* Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
* Experience with digital transformation projects and knowledge of current digital technologies and trends.
* Hands-on experience with HR, CRM, and finance systems.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in working within an agile project management framework.
