Audit Manager - High Wycombe
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + Benefits
35-hour week, with a hybrid working policy (up to 3 days per week from home)

The Role
As an Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team that provides a wide range of audit, accounting, and advisory services. Reporting directly to the Partners, you will manage a diverse client portfolio across multiple sectors, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard and within budget. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the audit process, overseeing each stage to completion
- Managing and tracking project progress and budgets
- Supervising and mentoring qualified staff and trainees
- Collaborating with the tax team on multi-faceted assignments
- Working on unique, high-impact assignments and special projects

The client portfolio spans UK and international businesses across industries like owner-managed businesses, property, Not For Profit, private wealth, and professional practices. You'll also collaborate closely with colleagues across national offices, providing a seamless service for clients, regardless of location.
About You
You are a motivated and confident Audit Manager who thrives in a client-facing environment. You bring a commercial mindset, professionalism, and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities. Ideal candidates will possess:
- ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification
- Strong background in audit or general practice
- Thorough knowledge of FRS 102 (IFRS is advantageous)
- Experience with special assignments or technical projects (desirable)
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, CCH Accounts Production, and CCH Audit Automation
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
