Overview
Reporting to the Head of Inventory, the Pricing and Inventory Manager will ensure that all business operations have adequate material to achieve their objectives ensuring all product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
Your Mission:
1. Preparing inventory analysis, reports and pricing analysis
2. Support the inventory department in their day-to-day
3. Partner with the merchandising team to gather feedback and analysis on pricing strategies
4. Be responsible for the whole operational pricing process, electronic data interchange process & Licensees Operation flow
5. Drive and implement efficiencies within the division pricing processes
6. Manage price loads and modifications to internal systems
7. Develop standardized reporting which both informs and drives decision making
8. Partner with inventory and merchandising teams to ensure local price changes are effectively communicated and implemented
9. Manage the system aspect of Demand Planning pricing implementation, delivering best possible customer service
10. Providing ad hoc analysis upon request
11. Be responsible for the updating of all the data in the retail system, able to coordinate with the merchandisers, buyers, customer service
12. Setting up and maintaining the flow of information and data needed between the licensees and our retail/wholesale/ecommerce channels
13. Updating the Licensees collections in our systems, updating the codes with all the information needed
14. Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
15. Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
16. Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
Your Talent:
1. Proven experience as pricing manager or similar position
2. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
3. Working knowledge of inventory management software
4. Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
5. An analytical mind with strong math skills
6. Excellent organisational and planning skills
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
8. Reliable and trustworthy
9. Experience in business administration, logistics or relevant field desired
Systems and Essentials
Experience using M3 software would be a plus.
