Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Vacuum Engineer required to join a global mechanical engineering manufacturer offering career growth and progression.\n\nThe Successful Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Vacuum Engineer will provide mechanical repair, service and maintenance on various industrial vacuum systems such as pumps, blowers, compressors, other similar industrial vacuum solutions at customer sites in the North and Northeast of the UK. Full product training provided.\n\nThe Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Vacuum Engineer will ideally have a mechanical service background in mechanical engineering products such as pumps, vacuum pumps, compressors, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, valves, pipework, filtration, plant machinery and or similar mechanical engineering equipment.\n\nPackage\n\n£36,000 - £40,000\nCompany van\nOvertime\n24 days holiday + bank holidays\nCompany pension\nAdditional benefits \n\n Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Vacuum Engineer Role\n\nProvide mechanical repair, service and maintenance on various industrial vacuum systems such as pumps, blowers, compressors, other similar industrial vacuum solutions.\nThe Service Engineer will undertake planned and preventative maintenance at customer sites across The North and Northeast of the UK. Full product training provided.\nInstalling industrial vacuum systems and pipework into all forms of the manufacturing industry.\nPerform emergency breakdown fault finding and repairs on various vacuum pump and related equipment.\nLiaise with various engineering departments. \n\n Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Vacuum Engineer Requirements\n\nMechanical Service background in mechanical engineering products such as pumps, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, valves, pipework, filtration, plant machinery and or similar mechanical engineering equipment.\nCandidates with experience working on vacuum / vacuum pumps are highly encouraged to apply.\nExperience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Service Technician, Hydraulic Engineer, Mobile Engineer, Mechanical Fitter, Workshop Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Installation Engineer, Pump Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or similar.\nThe ability in maintaining good professional working relationships with existing and new customers.\nA technical engineering degree / qualification or apprentice trained, would be advantageous.\nWillingness to cover the North and Northeast of the UK
