To work as part of the hotel team to deliver and maintain a first rate guest experience through the focus on the delivery of market leading customer service.
To add value to the efficient and profitable running of your hotel in order to achieve your business and personal objectives, along with those of your team and the hotel.

What you'll be doing:
To work as part of a busy team to deliver a first rate guest experience through the focus on the cleanliness and maintenance of standards throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas of the hotel.
2. Maintaining strict health and safety standards.
3. Supporting the implementation of changes to ensure continuous innovations and improvements are made within the team.
4. Supporting other areas of the hotel operation when needed.
5. Safe use of housekeeping tools and chemicals including; vacuum cleaners, mops and cleaning materials.
6. Although task focused, our Housekeeping Assistants also need to demonstrate excellent customer service skills throughout their day. Ensuring every interaction our guests have are positive ones which will see them return time and time again.
Essential skills/experience you'll need
1. Self-motivated and ready to work alone when needed.
2. Have a great attention to detail and take pride in your work.
3. Able to work under time pressure.
4. Good computer literacy skills.
Desirable skills/experience you may have
1. Experience in a hotel/hospitality environment is welcomed but not essential. We'll give you the training you need to perform at your best, everyday.
