**Job Overview:** We are working with a well-established Quantity Surveying consultancy operating in Essex and East London. The ideal candidate will have experience in quantity surveying, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
The successful business works across multiple sectors, including Highways, Commercial, and Residential projects. They will be responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation of contract documents, reports, and other relevant materials.
Salary and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct site inspections and meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to monitor progress and address issues.
2. Analyze data and provide recommendations for cost savings and process improvements.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, practices, and procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
