About the role
This role is to support the delivery and execution of planned and reactive maintenance work activities to the head office estate.
You will be responsible for
* Coordinating, planning, and allocating both in-house and third-party contractor maintenance activities through email and the business CAFM system.
* Supporting the implementation and control of the CAFM system.
* Monitoring and promoting the use of the CAFM system by approved third party contractors.
* Working with local maintenance managers to ensure all legally required compliance documentation is submitted and correctly stored for audit purposes.
* Creating monthly reports for head office activities using data gathered from the CAFM system.
* Flexibility to the possibility of occasional shift working.
* Managing my own time and resources effectively, making the most of my time at work.
* Being the point of contact for departmental stakeholders, facilities managers, and lead maintenance manager when providing work order and system updates.
* Maintaining trackers and spreadsheets on centrally held locations such as Microsoft Teams.
* Acting as minute/note taker for department meetings.
* Ensuring you act according to Tesco policies and procedures at all times.
You will need
* Experience working within a Building Services Engineering environment.
* Experience working with CAFM systems such as Verisae.
* Knowledge of process Improvement techniques.
* Working and communicating with remote teams.
* Conflict resolution.
* Intermediate IT Skills.
* An awareness of CDM regulations and Contractor Management.
