Our client, a national leader in the retail sector, is looking for a finance administrator to join their team at Carlisle Head Office. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day purchase order and order confirmation/supply chain orders.
Job Responsibilities
* Enter purchase orders on the system and amend purchase orders for revision of delivery dates, etc.
* Handle day-to-day purchase/hire order numbers.
* Maintain a spreadsheet of purchase order values up to date for all main vendors.
* Issue confirmation of order placements to suppliers.
* Provide supply chain visibility through verbal and written communication.
* Manage relevant critical path stages, ensuring the system is kept up to date.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
* Experience in a similar role; purchase order/administration experience would be beneficial.
* Drive for progression; this role will look to develop the successful candidate.
* High degree of punctuality, ensuring all details are organized and updated regularly.
