Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Senior Portfolio Manager, you will:
Assist with preparing and managing schedules - Plan weekly engineer schedules to ensure contractual obligations for preventive and corrective maintenance are met.
Help with coordinating call-outs - Assess monitoring alerts daily and organise field engineers to meet response time guarantees.
Aid with contract management - Ensure all operation and maintenance agreements are fulfilled.
Contribute creating and managing budgets for minor construction projects, corrective maintenance, and site improvements.
Help with creating and managing work tickets for engineers, ensuring all necessary details for reporting and follow-ups.
Prepare monthly technical reports on asset performance, warranty claims, and insurance claims.
Professional qualifications

Experience in Portfolio/Asset Management
Experience in the photovoltaic (PV) industry or a similar role.
