The AWP Partnership is seeking a dynamic, organised, and skilled Site Manager to oversee and maintain the school sites at Acre Heads, Springhead, and Carr Lane Primary Schools. These three schools, all maintained by East Riding County Council, are within a five-mile radius of each other.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a multi-site role, working across all three schools on a rotational basis (one week per site).
Places of work: Acre Heads Primary School/Springhead Primary School/Willerby Primary School.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support a team of caretakers and cleaners.
* Uphold and monitor health and safety regulations.
* Ensure compliance with legal maintenance and statutory site requirements.
* Oversee and coordinate site maintenance work, including planning, conducting, and contracting necessary repairs/improvements.
* Manage site security, including contractor oversight and safeguarding protocols.
* Support the schools with events, lettings, and general caretaking duties.
* Provide on-call cover on a rota basis for alarm activations (additional pay provided).
