Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: £12.00 per hour/ £23,400 per annum
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week). Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5pm and Friday: 8:30am – 2:30pm (30 minutes lunch)
Location: Office based in Brackmills, Northampton

Match Recruitment is working in partnership with their client based in Northampton, Brackmills. The purpose of this role is to cover a longstanding key member of the team who is going on maternity leave. There is a possibility of this contract being extended beyond 6 months or becoming permanent.

Core Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for customers via telephone and e-mail, offering consultative advice and guidance on products and relevant support.
* Support with daily order processing and organizing product returns.
* Communication with customers via phone and email.
* Supporting field-based Area Sales Managers with administration and information support.
* Using the “Microsoft Dynamics 365” CRM system.
* Ensuring all customer agreements, contracts, and customer data are fully up-to-date.
