Human Factors and Simulation Practitioner

The purpose of this post is to support core simulation and human factors delivery across our diverse trust. This will encompass a varied programme of delivery to all roles and grades within and external to the organisation.
Main duties of the job
As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients stay healthy when they need it most.
Job responsibilities
Applications are invited for an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative service in the simulation department at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This post will give the successful applicant the prospect to develop their portfolio in simulation and human factors education.
The successful applicant will be:
* Highly motivated, with excellent organisational and communication skills
* Experienced in designing, delivering and evaluating education packages
* Capable of using their own initiative, working well under pressure, and prioritising workload to meet deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy
* Experienced in the delivery of multi-professional Simulation and Human Factors packages in a variety of clinical and non-clinical areas.
Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per week over three days. Days to be discussed at interview.
