This is a fantastic opportunity to support senior leaders within our Chief Executive’s Office. You will provide executive support to the Chief Officer (Legal) and Head of Finance and be part of a broader business support function within the Chief Executive’s Office. You should have experience of providing efficient, effective and confidential administrative support, working to support senior colleagues. You should have experience of dealing with a variety of general enquiries and providing excellent customer service. You must be computer literate and have experience of working with a variety of ICT systems and packages including Microsoft Office 365.
This is a 25-hour post. The working pattern is flexible and will be negotiated between the successful candidate and the Chief Officer (Legal) and the Head of Finance. There may be some opportunity for limited hybrid working.
