We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced System Support Office to join our team. You will be joining a well-known company in the region and will play a pivotal role in the smooth growth of our business. We are in need of a skilled System Support Office to match the expansion of our business and meet the enhanced customers’ demand.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide technical support to IT users.
2. Advise users on how to resolve hardware and software problems.
3. Install and upgrade hardware, cables, operating systems, and/or appropriate software.
4. Facilitate user access to systems.
5. Refer more complex or intractable problems to appropriate IT professionals.
6. Research possible solutions in user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
7. Maintain a log of work in progress, calls received, actions taken, and problems detected.
8. Report on commonly occurring queries to detect underlying problems.
In addition to the responsibilities referred to above, you must have excellent communication skills and a great sense of innovation and leadership quality. You need to be flexible, self-motivated, organized, and time-sensitive. You must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail.
Experience in a similar role for 3 years is desirable.
