Main roles and responsibilities - Help assist the lead teacher enable each pupil to access their curriculum. Engage with playground activities. Implement a plan provided by the school. Support and encourage the development of pupil’s education. Build relationships Look after pupils physical, emotional and social welfare. Keep records and attend review meetings. Communicate with parents and guardians. 1:1 Support Ensure childrens safety at all times. Key skills and requirements - Have experience working with SEN pupils. Friendly and compassionate. Patient.
