Assistant Merchandiser
A successful and growing supplier is seeking a junior merchandiser to join their UK office in North London. The role will suit someone who has worked for a supplier in the UK.
Assistant Merchandiser: The Role:
You will be responsible for:
* Managing the critical path
* Order management from raising POs through to delivery
* Factory capacity planning, manage order flow through the season
* Administrative support to the team
* Support the Commercial team who will liaise with customers for prices and FOB delivery details
* Compile costing information
* Compile costing information, manage order book
* Keep the Commercial team informed on all technical and production issues
Assistant Merchandiser: The Person:
* You will be a recent graduate with some merchandising admin experience within a fashion business
* Any experience in merchandisingwill be an advantage
* You will have some experience in dealing with UK retail customers
* You will be highly organised
* Will have excellent communication skills
* Will be commercially switched on and savvy
* Will be able to troubleshoot any problem and be solution focused
